A2: We have a 2-year warranty for our led display screens, and 100,000 hours lifespan of the led lamps. Of course, we can negotiate if you have more warranty requirements.
Q3: What’s your payment term? How long it takes to delivery?
A3: We accept at least 30% T/T for deposit, 70% T/T balance before shipment. Production time would be about 15-30days according to your specific order quantity.
Q4. Is it complicated to control? What if I don’t know how to use it?
A4: It is very easy to control our LED display screen, you could use your phone, your laptop and also the USB disk and other devices. We will have the full set of instructions and operations ready for you. If you still need help, we will be always at your services any time.
