first, what is the reason why the led screen appears completely black?
in the process of using the control system, we occasionally encounter the phenomenon that the screen of the led screen is completely black. the same phenomenon may be caused by various reasons, even the process of screen blackening will vary according to different operations or different environments. for example, it may be black at the moment of power on, it may become black during loading, it may become black after sending, and so on.
1. make sure that all the hardware including the control system is powered on correctly. (+5v, no reverse or wrong connection)
2. check and repeatedly confirm whether the serial line used to connect the controller is loose or falling off. (if the blackening occurs during loading, it may be due to the interruption of the communication line due to the loosening of the communication line in the process of communication, so the screen blackens. never assume that the screen body is not moving, the line can not be loosened. please check it manually. this is very important to solve the problem quickly.)
3. check and confirm whether the hub distribution board connected to the led screen and the main control card is tightly connected and insert back.
second, when the led display screen is on power, there will be a few seconds of bright lines or screen screen changes?
when the screen controller is properly connected to the computer, hub distribution board and screen, it is necessary to provide + 5v power supply to the controller to make it work properly (at this time, do not connect directly with 220v voltage). at the moment of power-on, a few seconds of bright line or “flower screen” will appear on the screen. the bright line or “flower screen” are normal test phenomena, reminding users that the screen is about to start working properly. within 2 seconds, the phenomenon will be eliminated automatically and the screen will enter normal working state.
3. reasons why the whole screen is not bright and dark on the unit board
1. visual inspection of the 26p wiring between the power supply connection wires, the unit boards and the power supply module indicator lamp is normal.
2. measure the normal voltage of the unit board with a multimeter, and then measure whether the voltage output of the power module is normal or not. if not, it is judged that the power module is bad.
