during the use of led display, various faults will be caused by pollution, loosening, vibration, heating, environmental temperature changes and other factors, which will affect the normal use of led display, and even cause serious accidents. therefore, regular maintenance of the led display can not only make the led display in the best operating state, but also effectively prevent the failure of the normal operation of the led display can achieve twice the result with half the effort.
maintenance methods of led display mainly include four aspects: patrol inspection, cleaning, tightening, and screen surface cleaning.
inspection tour
the inspection cycle of led display generally adopts “monthly inspection system”, and the implementation of “weekly inspection system” for large-scale led display maintenance will report “monthly maintenance inspection table of led display every week”. specific maintenance content and response speed commitment:
1. maintenance of led display screen, including lamp tube, module, module, power supply and control card;
2. maintenance of led display control system, including controller, optical fiber conversion card, distributor and sending card;
3. special playback operation software for led display screen, including maintenance and upgrade of playback software;
4. regular (monthly) on-site inspection by technicians to check and maintain the system;
5. major event safeguard: the company’s technical personnel guide to ensure the smooth development of field activities.
6. for outdoor led display, the damage caused by wind, rain, thunder, electricity and other natural factors is not within the scope of warranty. the owner is required to insure the insurance company and the insurance company pays for it.
7. during the maintenance service period, the maintenance problem should be solved within 8 hours of general failure, and the major accident should not exceed 24 hours. maintenance to replace modules and other accessories, not more than 24 hours. after repairing, one service ensures that the large screen does not appear the failure of module level or above (such as module color bias, module black, a column not bright, etc.) and plays normally.
two, clean up
for low-level screens, especially outdoor screens, dust enters the equipment through ventilation holes in the atmosphere, which will accelerate wear and even damage the fan and other equipment. dust also falls on the surface of the internal control devices of the display screen, which reduces the thermal conductivity and insulation performance. dust absorbs moisture in the air in wet weather and leads to short circuit. dust can also cause the mildew of pcb board and electronic components for a long time, resulting in the decline of technical performance and failure of the equipment. therefore, the cleaning of led display seems simple, but in fact, it is an important part of maintenance work.
three, fastening
led display belongs to high power-consuming equipment. after running for quite a period of time, due to multiple start-up and shutdown and operation, the terminal of the power supply part will be loosened due to heat and cold, contact is not firm, form virtual connection, and even ignite the plastic components beside it. signal terminals will also be loosened due to the change of temperature, humidity erosion, resulting in poor contact, resulting in equipment failure, so it is necessary to tighten the connectors of led display regularly. when adjusting fasteners, the force should be uniform and appropriate to ensure the inherent effectiveness.
iv. surface cleaning of display screen
the led display screen is visualized and inspected in two states: bright screen and black screen. including: whether the surface of the display screen is contaminated, in order to remove the influence of surface dirt on the luminous characteristics; there are no damage cracks on the surface of the display screen; whether the communication and distribution cable lines are normal; for the equipment with high protection level, although high reliability components and connectors are selected, their sealing becomes a key factor.
