Some LED equipment with planning defects or data and technical defects has poor sealing function. Water vapor can easily enter the equipment through the gap between the pins or the contact surface between epoxy resin and the shell, causing the equipment to fail quickly. This is called “dead light” in the industry.

Under the ultraviolet radiation, the properties of LED colloid and bracket data will change, and then the equipment will crack, which will affect the life of LED. Therefore, UV resistance of outdoor LED is also one of the main goals.
